You Are Your Most Important Client

career-picFor the new year, one thing that has hit home with me more than anything is how true it is that you are your most important client. So many of us create visions and lead projects but have little idea how to focus our energies in the way that best serves us. We might spend 60+ hours a week managing a project for a client but neglect our own personal strategies to implement our own outstanding ideas or projects that we’ve “tabled.”

I invite you to approach your own career and success in 2010 with no less focus and determination than you would bring to your most promising new business client.

Who are you as a professional? How are you using NLP to help others? What do you stand for? Other’s can’t know if you don’t. Create a personal strategy, then use it to drive your thoughts and actions.
